  • Orders are processed after confirmation and receipt of payment (as per agreed terms).

  • Standard processing time: 1–3 working days (for in-stock items).

  • For non-stock or special-order items, processing time depends on supplier availability.


4. Delivery Timeframes

Delivery timelines vary based on shipping method and destination:

  • Local (Oman): 1–5 working days

  • GCC (Land Freight): 5–10 working days

  • International / Sea Freight: 10–18 working days

  • Express / Air Freight: 3–7 working days (additional charges apply)

  • Failed delivery attempts due to incorrect information may result in additional charges.


10. Damaged or Missing Items

  • Customers must inspect shipments upon delivery.

  • Any damage or shortage must be reported within 48 hours of receipt.

  • Supporting evidence (photos, documents) may be required for claims.


11. Special & Bulk Shipments

  • Large-scale or bulk shipments (e.g., aggregates, industrial equipment) will be handled under specific logistics arrangements.

  • Delivery timelines and costs will be agreed upon separately.
